At JIXU Racing, we are committed to delivering reliable electric dirt bikes and accessories engineered for performance, safety, and durability. Every product undergoes strict quality inspection before shipment.<\/p>\n

If your product experiences a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, our technical support team will assist you with troubleshooting, repair, or replacement to ensure you can get back on the road as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n

Warranty Period<\/h1>\n

Unless otherwise specified, JIXU products include the following limited warranty from the original date of purchase:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.<\/p>\n

Products replaced under warranty will continue to be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days after replacement, whichever is longer.<\/p>\n

What Is Covered<\/h1>\n

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including:<\/p>\n

  • Motor failure caused by manufacturing defects<\/li>\n
  • Controller malfunction<\/li>\n
  • Battery defects not caused by misuse<\/li>\n
  • Charger failure under normal operation<\/li>\n
  • Electrical system defects<\/li>\n
  • Factory defects affecting safe operation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    If our technicians determine that the issue is covered under warranty, JIXU will, at its sole discretion:<\/p>\n

    • Repair the defective component<\/li>\n
    • Replace the defective component<\/li>\n
    • Replace the product with the same or an equivalent model when repair is not practical<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      What Is Not Covered<\/h1>\n

      This warranty does not cover:<\/p>\n

      • Normal wear and tear<\/li>\n
      • Tires, brake pads, brake discs, chains, sprockets, grips, seats, pedals, bearings, and other consumable parts<\/li>\n
      • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, paint fading, or corrosion from normal use<\/li>\n
      • Damage caused by accidents, collisions, abuse, neglect, or improper storage<\/li>\n
      • Water damage caused by flooding, submersion, or improper cleaning<\/li>\n
      • Damage resulting from racing, stunt riding, commercial use, or off-road use beyond product specifications<\/li>\n
      • Improper charging, overcharging, or use of incompatible chargers<\/li>\n
      • Unauthorized modifications or installation of non-approved parts<\/li>\n
      • Repairs performed by unauthorized service providers<\/li>\n
      • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers<\/li>\n
      • Products without valid proof of purchase<\/li>\n
      • Damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, lightning, floods, earthquakes, or severe weather<\/li>\n
      • Theft, loss, or vandalism<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Battery Warranty<\/h1>\n

        The battery is covered against manufacturing defects during the warranty period.<\/p>\n

        Battery performance naturally decreases over time due to normal charging and usage. Gradual capacity loss is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.<\/p>\n

        Battery damage resulting from:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Improper charging<\/li>\n
        • Deep discharge<\/li>\n
        • Physical damage<\/li>\n
        • Water ingress<\/li>\n
        • Exposure to extreme temperatures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          is not covered.<\/p>\n

          Repair Service<\/h1>\n

          If your vehicle requires repair:<\/p>\n

          1. Contact JIXU Customer Support.<\/li>\n
          2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.<\/li>\n
          3. Include photos or videos whenever possible to help our technicians diagnose the problem.<\/li>\n
          4. Our support team will determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty service.<\/li>\n
          5. If required, you will receive instructions for returning the product or replacing the defective component.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Do not return any product without prior authorization from JIXU.<\/p>\n

            Shipping Responsibility<\/h1>\n

            For approved warranty claims:<\/p>\n

                Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.<\/p>\n

                Warranty Void Conditions<\/h1>\n

                Your warranty becomes void if:<\/p>\n

                • The product has been modified without authorization.<\/li>\n
                • The VIN or serial number has been removed or altered.<\/li>\n
                • Non-approved replacement parts have been installed.<\/li>\n
                • The product has been used outside its intended purpose.<\/li>\n
