How long does it take to fully charge an electric motorcycle?
Charging time depends on the battery capacity and charger output. Most JIXU Racing electric motorcycles can be fully charged in approximately 2.5 hours using the standard charger. For the best battery performance, always use the charger supplied with your vehicle.
How far can a JIXU electric motorcycle travel on a single charge?
The riding range varies depending on several factors, including riding style, terrain, rider weight, speed, and weather conditions. Under normal riding conditions, JIXU electric motorcycles typically offer a range suitable for daily commuting, trail riding, and recreational use.
Can I ride my electric motorcycle in the rain?
Yes. JIXU electric motorcycles are designed to withstand light rain and wet road conditions. However, they are not intended for deep water, flooding, or prolonged submersion. Avoid washing the vehicle with high-pressure water, especially around electrical components.
How should I maintain the battery?
To maximize battery life:
- Charge the battery after each ride.
- Avoid fully discharging the battery.
- Store the battery in a cool, dry place.
- If storing the motorcycle for an extended period, recharge the battery every 2–3 months.
- Avoid exposing the battery to extreme heat or freezing temperatures.
How long does the battery last?
Battery lifespan depends on usage and maintenance. Under normal conditions, lithium batteries typically provide hundreds of charge cycles before noticeable capacity reduction. Proper charging habits can significantly extend battery life.
Why is the actual range different from the advertised range?
Electric motorcycle range is affected by many factors, including speed, acceleration, road surface, tire pressure, rider weight, wind, temperature, battery condition, and riding mode. Smooth riding on flat roads usually gives better range, while aggressive acceleration, soft terrain, hills, and cold weather reduce range.
What riding modes are available?
Selected JIXU models support multiple riding modes such as Economy, Standard, and Sports mode. Economy mode is designed for better range, Standard mode balances power and efficiency, and Sports mode provides stronger acceleration and more responsive riding performance.
Can the bike climb hills?
Selected JIXU electric dirt bike models support a gradeability of 20° or above. Actual climbing performance depends on rider weight, battery level, road surface, tire grip, riding mode, and slope conditions.
Is this bike suitable for beginners?
Selected JIXU electric dirt bikes may be suitable for beginner practice and youth training under proper supervision. However, riders should always wear protective gear, ride in a safe area, and follow local safety rules. Young or inexperienced riders should be supervised by adults or trained professionals.
What safety gear should riders wear?
Riders should wear a certified helmet, gloves, eye protection, long sleeves, long pants, protective shoes or boots, and suitable riding protection. Off-road riding involves risk, so protective gear is strongly recommended.
Does my electric motorcycle require regular maintenance?
Yes. Although electric motorcycles require less maintenance than gasoline motorcycles, regular inspections are recommended. Check the brakes, tires, suspension, chain or belt (if applicable), fasteners, and electrical connections periodically to ensure safe operation.
What should I do if my motorcycle won't start?
First, check that:
- The battery is sufficiently charged.
- The main power switch is turned on.
- The emergency stop switch is in the correct position.
- All connectors are securely attached.
If the issue persists, contact JIXU Customer Support with photos or videos of the problem for technical assistance.
Is the battery covered under warranty?
Yes. The battery is covered under JIXU’s limited warranty against manufacturing defects during the applicable warranty period. Damage caused by misuse, improper charging, physical impact, water ingress, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
Can I replace parts myself?
Some basic components, such as brake pads or tires, may be replaced by experienced users. However, repairs involving the battery, motor, controller, or electrical system should only be performed by qualified technicians or authorized service centers to ensure safety and maintain warranty coverage.

Can children ride JIXU electric dirt bikes?
This depends on the rider’s age, height, weight, riding experience, local regulations, and the specific model. JIXU Racing recommends adult supervision for young riders and beginner training in a safe, controlled area. Please contact us before purchase if you are choosing a model for youth training or rental projects.
Can the bike carry passengers?
Unless a specific model is clearly designed and approved for carrying passengers, the bike should be used by one rider only. Carrying passengers may affect braking, balance, frame load, battery range, and rider safety.
Does an electric dirt bike require maintenance?
Yes. Electric motorcycles require less routine maintenance than gasoline motorcycles, but regular inspection is still necessary. Riders should check the brakes, tires, suspension, chain or drive system, fasteners, battery condition, charger, wiring, and electrical connectors.
Are import duties and taxes included?
Import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and brokerage fees may apply depending on your country or region. Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout or in the quotation, these fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Will modification affect the warranty?
Yes. Unauthorized modification of the battery, motor, controller, charger, wiring, frame, or braking system may affect product safety and may void warranty coverage.
